Gem Workspaces Ltd is a not for profit company with charitable status which has been offering premises to rent to the business community since 1987. We offer high quality offices and small workshops/industrial units with easy access to the M8 at junction 11 in Queenslie, Glasgow.

The Wright Business Centre was built in 2006 to provide serviced office space. The building won a design award from The Glasgow Institute of Architects and a very high environmental rating from the Building Research Establishment. The construction was part financed by the European Regional Development Fund.

Our workshops at the Equicentre were built in 1997. They provide 10 small industrial units ranging in size from 1000 - 2000 square feet suitable for a variety of uses.
